From Lito Quesada of healthshoppe...per bx of 10 patches inside is 1,500 Pesos. But if you buy 50 bxs, it cost only 55,000 Pesos( 1,100 Pesos /bx) But if you buy 100 bxs it cost only 70,000 Pesos(700 Pesos per bx)
